I know most of you may not fully understand the nature of the activity I call "La Deleación" but you know enough to know I enjoy this activity very much. The Delegation is comprised of one overseeing body called the Board of Directors (BOD) which is in charge of managing the Academic Leadership Team (ALT, academic stuff, such as public speaking, research, country policies, etc.) and the Financial Leadership Team (FLT). This year I held the position of Assistant Head Delegate (AHD) and I worked closely with the Head Delegate (HD) to prepare our new delegates. We won 7 awards and kept our place among the 5 best Universities in the model (Yes JP, la UCAB did good as well).
This year I have been elected Head Delegate, which is a great responsability and challenge since I am to head the efforts of the ALT to prepare kick-ass delegates to take on one of the most demanding Models, to mantain the Delegation's outstanding record and to raise aproximatele 100 million Bs. needed to travel and participate.
This is a very big step for me and I just wanted to share it with all of you.

I also want to show my admiration for your achievements in this matter, it’s obvious that this activity is more regretful for you than your current career. I hope you can find a way to balance your time and attention into this to “activities”. In my opinion, you should prioritize...
I believe you can do many things at the same time; at it helps you to organize your time (personal and 'professional'), but yes you should prioritize.
However, chicho, I think you wanted to say that this activity is more "satisfying" maybe... cause regretful means that you have "regrets"... (arrepentido)...
